I cannot stop thinking about it, it is so beautiful, like a dream. It sits in by bedroom and what stays with me is the light! I love the water, beautiful colours in the painting and way the sun could be setting or rising. It is both calming like the end of a beautiful day and optimistic for what the day can bring. There is peace for me in the painting and a sense of space.

Your print looks so good above the mantelpiece in my lounge. I have so enjoyed my visits to Cornwall since a child. Your paintings really stood out in form and colour.

I was drawn to this picture because of the light and the drama, it just feels like a morning that might turn into a storm or a scorcher. You never know in Cornwall.

I have recently renovated my lounge and have been pondering for ages whether I needed a picture on the chimney breast. This one is just beautiful - I can sit and stare at it and lose myself!

It looks brilliant! Your framed print is now hanging in my sitting room and with the light coming from the window.

It is just perfect. The room is very light and I love the way the sky appears to change as the light varies during the day and into the evening so that you keep noticing something different. I am sure I shall have many years of enjoyment with ‘Confidence’!

Haserot Beach on Lake Michigan, one of my wife’s favorite places to visit. The water there is incredibly beautiful and I wanted to capture it by having the painting commissioned.I searched various artists' websites for about two weeks and kept coming back to Rachel’s. I loved the style of her landscapes and thought that it would be perfect for this piece. Even though I am overseas the process of commissioning the painting was seamless. There were no issues with payments or shipping. Rachel was very quick to respond throughout the process and after a few conversations we were able to come up with a concept and timeframe for the painting. The painting was everything I could have asked for. Rachel was able to capture the peacefulness and beauty of the area and it was better than I could have imagined.

By her active listening skills, artistic talent and clear emotional understanding, Rachel has managed to perfectly capture a moment of blissful happiness in one painting. Whenever I look at it I feel instant calm, warmth and contentment. We have hung it above our bedroom fireplace so that this is the last thing I look at when I go to sleep and first thing I see when I wake.

I just wanted to say a BIG thank you for the wonderful piece of art you commissioned for Peter's birthday - safe to say he absolutely loves it and it is currently being framed how he wants it in a local shop. We placed it on the wall when we got back from our trip to see what it would like in our living room and he decided it deserves pride of place on a key wall where everyone can see it when they walk in. As soon as he opened it, he knew exactly where it was too!
