Purchasing your gift card↓

Upon placing your order above you will go directly to the checkout page. You’ll have two options to select from in the ‘Gift Card Delivery’ box:

• Email to Recipient - to send straight to your loved one

• Email to You - if you want to recieve the gift card as a printable .pdf

How do I redeem my gift card?↓

The gift card recipient can enter their unique code at checkout to subtract the gift card value from their order total. Gift cards may be used to make purchases for the whole or any part of a purchase of originals, art prints or other art merchandise online through Rachel's website only.

Any remaining balance on the purchase can be paid using any other payment method accepted via Paypal, Stripe, and all major Debit and credit cards.

When does the gift card expire?↓

Gift cards are valid for 12 months starting on the date of purchase, after which it will expire automatically.

Can I get a refund on a gift card?↓

Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash. No change can be given when payment is made using a gift card, any left over balance will stay on the Gift Card for any future purchases.

Can I use less than the full value of my gift card?↓

When using a gift card, the full value of the gift card is always applied. It isn’t possible to partially redeem a gift card unless your purchase total is less than the gift card balance.

What do I do if I lose my gift card code?↓

Email me at rachel.painter.artist@gmail.com and I'd be happy to resend the gift email notification to you.

Can I split a purchase between a gift card and credit card?↓

Yes. If your purchase total exceeds the value remaining on your gift card, you can pay the balance using standard payment methods.
