Personal information means any information that may be used to identify you, such as, your name, title, email address, or mailing address. In general, you can browse our web site without giving us any personal information.
We will use this information:
1) To fulfill your order
First and foremost, we need to use and process your information to mail you the goods you ordered through our Sqaurespace platform, such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information and the details of the product you are ordering, including and any photographs you send me of your purchase in it's new home. I will not store or collect your payment card details. This information is provided directly to my third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy.
2) To contact you
We may use your contact details to communicate with you about your order, both before and after we send you goods, or for promotional messages about offers you might be interested in. If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no by using the unsubscribe tool linked in any promotional emails.
3) To book me for an event
You provide me with information such as your name, email address, phone number, payment information, postal address, the details of your event and any photos or video from the event that you give me consent to use.

Squarespace
Our Squarespace website platform drop a single tracking cookie called "ss_lastvisit" to allow the statistics module to determine if a website visitor is unique.
We use third party services as listed below to accept data from, or embed content into our website with Squarespace acting as a pass-through for the data or displaying the content.
Mailing Lists
As part of the registration process for our e-newsletter and marketing, we collect personal information. We use that information for a couple of reasons: to tell you about stuff you’ve asked us to tell you about; to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information; to check our records are right and to check every now and then that you’re happy and satisfied. Be rest assured we don't rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.
We use Flodesk to deliver our newsletter. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter. You can unsubscribe to general mailings at any time of the day or night by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our email.
Payment Processors
When you purchase a product through our online store we collect the personal information you give. When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for delivery or return of purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
We use Stripe and Paypal as our payment processors. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Google Analytics
When someone visits www.rachelpainterartist.com we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to analyse traffic to this website to understand our visitors' needs and continually improve the site for them. We collect anonymous, aggregate statistics (information that is expressed in a summary form, for purposes statistical analysis). We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone.
